Platform Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement for using the auplay platform. By registering on or using the auplay platform, you are deemed to accept all these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the auplay platform and should close your account immediately.

Auplay reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. For major changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the platform after notice is given will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

Financial Transactions and Risks

All transactions on the auplay platform are irreversible. Once money is deposited or a bet is placed, it cannot be refunded. The risk of gaming is entirely the player's own. When you deposit money and play, you fully understand and accept this risk.

Wagering requirement is how many times you must wager that amount after receiving a bonus before you can withdraw the bonus and deposited money. Example: If you receive BDT 1000 bonus and the wagering requirement is 30x, you must wager BDT 30,000.
